Zara black summer truffle cream

It was designed to accompany crostini and cheeses, it features the same ingredients but in a more refined, spreadable and less prominent form. Recommendations for use: do not cook the cream, the truffle should be heated but not cooked at a high temperature to best enhance its organoleptic qualities.
