We had a fabulous time Truffle Hunting with Francesca and her incredible dogs.  She was a fabulous and truly knowledgeable teacher and shared so much interesting and valuable information throughout the hunt. Охота на трюфели - абсолютно новый опыт для меня и время пролетело невероятно быстро. Огромное количество новой информации как и трюфеля были найдены нами (не без Оливии - прекрасной собачки и её хозяйки Франчески Я запомню этот день на всю свою жизнь и буду рассказывать всем про него А в конце прогулки нас ждал чудесный ужин он женщины итальянки, которая готовила только для нас, в блюдо добавила трюфель, даже в панна-котту свое домашнее вино и уютная атмосфера- все это покорило мое сердце От всей души рекомендую таким же любителям трюфеля и приключений @casoletruffle

We did a half-day truffle hunting experience with CASOL Truffle Hunting in Tuscany, and it was outstanding. The excursion began around 9:15 a.m. and lasted about an hour and a half, which was the perfect amount of time. The dogs were absolutely amazing. Their ability to detect truffles was incredible, and they seemed to find them nonstop. I was genuinely fascinated by how quickly and accurately they located them. The guide was terrific, knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the tradition of truffle hunting. After the hunt, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch featuring the truffles we had found, with each course thoughtfully enhanced by the truffle experience. It was a fantastic way to complete the morning. Truffle hunting has always been on my bucket list, and I’m happy to say I’ve now crossed it off. That said, it’s an experience I would gladly do again. It was enjoyable, authentic, and memorable from start to finish. If you’re considering truffle hunting in Tuscany, I highly recommend CASOL Truffle Hunting. Very enjoyable and informative tour with Amedeo, Francesca, and their beautiful dogs. Would recommend highly for anyone who likes truffles, food, dogs, learning, the outdoors, and/or stunning views - so, anyone. We had a wonderful truffle hunting experience with Francesca and her expert truffle dog Olivia this past week. We were a group of 5 including one child. Francesca is incredibly knowledgeable and was amazing at fielding the barrage of questions we threw her way. Francesca lead our group through a breezy forrest in search of truffles.   Within minutes many were found with the help of her dog Olivia.   Francesca’s stories helped my ADD group learn so many interesting things about truffles that we will always remember.  One of our lessons, truffle oil is like tofu meat.
